Prescription Refills:
- One year supply of all appropriate medications are given at each office visit
- If necessary the office can renew prescriptions during office hours
- After hour prescription refills are given for emergence medications only.
How to get to the office:
- The office is at Medical City Dallas Hospital in Building C suite 604.
- Medical City is found just west of central expressway (Highway 75) on Forest lane.
- When approaching Medical City complex, drive past Building A and Building B, then Building C will be the last building in the complex. Both valet and self-parking are available.
Directions from Plano
Take 75 S and exit Forest Lane
Once you exit stay in the middle lane.
Go through the light at Churchill Way and stay in the middle lane.
The service road will merge again with the service road and you will immediately need to get in the far right lane.
At the light (Forest Lane) take a right.
Stay in the right lane and at the next light (Park Central) take a right.
Take the first right turn into the hospital and you will see building A.
The buildings go in order A, B, and C.
The parking garage is directly across from bldg C and the cost is $1/hr no more than $5/day, or you can valet park for $6.
Directions from South Dallas
Take 75 N and exit Forest Lane
At the light turn left and get in the right lane.
Stay in the right lane and at the next light (Park Central) take a right.
Take the first right turn into the hospital and you will see building A.
The buildings go in order A, B, and C.
The parking garage is directly across from bldg C and the cost is $1/hr no more than $5/day, or you can valet park for $6.
Directions from Garland/Mesquite
Take 635 W and exit Forest Lane
At the light turn left.
Stay on Forest Lane.
Once you cross under Hwy 75 you will need to get in the right lane.
Stay in the right lane and at the next light (Park Central) take a right.
Take the first right turn into the hospital and you will see building A.
The buildings go in order A, B, and C.
The parking garage is directly across from bldg C and the cost is $1/hr no more than $5/day, or you can valet park for $6.
Directions from the North Dallas Toll Road
Take 635 E and exit Hillcrest.
Go through the light at Hillcrest and continue on the service road until you get to the stop sign at Park Central.
Take a right on Park Central.
You will pass through one light (Merit Dr) and before you get to the next light you will take a left into the hospital parking lot. If you reach Forest Lane you have gone too far.
